We want you to feel confident purchasing Lumens on Vaelory. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
Unused Lumens
If you purchase a Lumens package and have not used any Lumens from that purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
To request a refund, email us at hello@vaelory.com with your account email and purchase details. Refunds are processed via Paddle and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Partially Used Packages
If you have used some Lumens from a purchased package, we are unable to offer a refund for the used portion. Unused Lumens from a partially used package are also non-refundable.
Free Trial
Your first 3 minutes with any expert are completely free — no payment required. We encourage you to try Vaelory before purchasing Lumens.
Palm Reading Requests
Palm reading requests are non-refundable once your photo has been submitted and reviewed by an expert. If your request has not yet been reviewed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Technical Issues
If you experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using your Lumens (such as a platform error or service disruption), please contact us at hello@vaelory.com and we will review your case individually.
