By accessing or using Vaelory, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Vaelory. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be underage.
Vaelory connects users with independent experts offering tarot readings, astrology consultations, and relationship guidance. All sessions are provided for entertainment, personal insight, and spiritual exploration purposes only.
Vaelory does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any reading or advice provided. Our experts are not licensed therapists, doctors, lawyers, or financial advisors. Do not make important life decisions based solely on a reading.
Vaelory uses a virtual currency called Lumens (✦) to facilitate payments for sessions. Lumens are purchased via Paddle, our payment provider, and deducted from your balance during live sessions at your expert's stated per-minute rate.
For technical issues resulting in incorrect Lumen deductions, please contact us within 7 days at hello@vaelory.com and we will review your case.
Unused Lumen packages may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided no Lumens from that purchase have been used. To request a refund, contact us at hello@vaelory.com. Refunds are processed via Paddle and may take 5–10 business days.

Experts on Vaelory are independent practitioners, not employees of Vaelory. We do not verify or endorse the accuracy of their readings. Vaelory acts as a platform connecting users with experts and is not responsible for the content of individual sessions.
All content on the Vaelory platform — including design, text, graphics, and code — is owned by Vaelory and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vaelory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any reading or advice received. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to Vaelory in the 30 days prior to the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, remaining Lumens are forfeited unless otherwise agreed.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the platform.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
